The Training & Empowerment Academy (TEA) is a women-led NPO, established in response to the alarming high unemployment rate among youth, esp youth with disabilities.
TEA’s Skills Development Team have over 37 years combined experience working in the vulnerable groups sector, viz youth and persons with disabilities.
To empower youth for employment or entrepreneurial opportunities.
All young people (esp those with disabilities) are inspired and equipped to realize the future they want.
Training & Empowerment Academy is a Level 1 B-BBEE contributor.
Training and Empowerment Academy has 12 Board members.
